Email us

The quickest way to reach us is an email to kevinbuhl98@gmail.com. We read everything and usually reply within a few working days.

What can we help with?

• Account help: problems logging in, with your profile or with a feature that isn't working. It helps to tell us which device and browser you're using.
• Report content or a member: send a link to the post, profile or listing and a short description of the problem. See also our Community Guidelines.
• Privacy and data: access, correction or export of your data. Read our Privacy Policy, or delete your account and data directly.
• Ideas and bugs: many LatePals features started as a member's suggestion. We'd love to hear yours.
• Press and partnerships: put "Press" or "Partnership" in the subject line.

Is it urgent?

LatePals isn't an emergency service. If you or someone else is in danger, call 112 (or your local emergency number). If you need someone to talk to and you're in Denmark, you can call Livslinien on 70 201 201.
