These terms apply when you use LatePals at latepals.com and in the LatePals app (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms, our Community Guidelines and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You must give accurate information when you sign up, and you may only have one personal account.
You're responsible for keeping your password secret and for what happens on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it. You can delete your account and data yourself at any time.
You own the content you post. So that we can show it on LatePals, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, display and distribute your content within the service for as long as it's there. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other members have already shared or that we're legally required to keep.
Only post content you have the right to share and that follows the Community Guidelines.
Marketplace deals are made directly between buyer and seller. LatePals is not a party to the sale, doesn't handle payment or delivery, and can't guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items. Please read our guide to buying and selling safely before you trade.
LatePals is free and funded by advertising from Google AdSense. Ads are clearly labelled. We're not responsible for advertisers' products or websites.
We may remove content, or suspend or close accounts, that break these terms or the Community Guidelines, or where it's necessary to protect other members or comply with the law.
We work to keep LatePals stable and secure, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update these terms. For significant changes we'll give notice on the site before they take effect. The date at the top shows the latest update.
These terms are governed by Danish law. Questions? Email kevinbuhl98@gmail.com.
